Phoenix Bartalos is a healer at Blossom and Be, a Nonviolent Communication Coach, a Shadow Work® Facilitator, and a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist among many other training and certifications he has acquired in the previous years. With over 25-years of experience in personal growth, he offers healing services relating to physical, mental, and emotional health throughout the Asheville, North Carolina region. Additionally, Phoenix coaches couples on the foundations of a healthy relationship and helps single people discover and equip themselves on how to open up to others to cultivate conscious relationships.

Today, Phoenix and I explore the reasons for engaging in conscious dating as we reflect on the things we will repeat - and those that we won’t - in our future relationships. We emphasize the importance of working on ourselves and loving ourselves as well as the physical science of setting boundaries. We discuss online dating and what to watch for when looking at online profiles. We also explain how to assess compatibility, especially regarding communication, as well as vital elements such as self-forgiveness and self-love.

“Step one is learning to love yourself. Conscious dating - being in a conscious relationship - that means being conscious of who I am.”- Phoenix Bartalos
