Exploring and discussing a variety of relationship topics and issues for people in all kinds of relationships; including partnerships, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, roommates and more.

What does it mean to have your partner’s back? The feeling of emotional safety and the knowing that you can rely on your partner in many ways, especially at time of stress, overwhelm and crises is a cornerstone to this support and safety. Relieving each other’s “load” and lending support is a hallmark of healthy dependence. Emotional safety is also taken away and eroded when partners don’t have each other’s back.

In this episode I have a conversation with my wife, Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky. She is the founder of Artsy Goddess Studio, where she actively carries out her role in helping others and the planet heal. Rainbow is passionate about art, as seen in the upcycled clothing she creates from second-hand materials, as well as the visual arts she creates, such as murals, paintings, and tapestries. Yvonne also helps women transform through voice empowering workshops and helps couples through workshops and retreats that she co-facilitates with me.

“Some people seem to roll easier in the habit of complaining than of highlighting what is good about their partner or their child”

- Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky
