This world is desperately in need of healthy masculinity and all men owe it to themselves to do the work to bring that into fruition. One way is for men to be honest with themselves about their own feelings, needs and desires and to be able to communicate this in connecting and accountable ways. This is a daily practice, one that will lead to intentional self-growth and commitment to change and therefore a pathway to more enriching and healthier relationships.

In this solocast, I talk about some of my views on where we need to focus and cultivate how to walk in this world in more ways to manifest this healthy masculinity.
