My sister, Eydie, joins me today to share her inspiring and unique story of what she and her family went through when they chose open adoption. We discuss the open adoption process as well as how she and her family - including her daughter’s birth mother, Kim - broke the social taboos on adoption as they all continue to pursue a healthy relationship built on trust, openness, and love. We also discuss the incredible story of how Eydie and Kim worked together during Sage’s birth as well as the astonishing backstories that led Sage to be comfortable in disclosing that she’s adopted.

”It’s all about family.” - Eydie Kugler
