Exploring and discussing a variety of relationship topics and issues for people in all kinds of relationships; including partnerships, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, roommates and more.

Aug 27, 2019

My wife, Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky is a brilliant artist, originally from Denmark, who creates art such as tapestries, paintings, and other eccentric pieces from diverse materials. She is the owner of Artsy Goddess Studio, an upcycled clothing business using high-quality second-hand clothing. She is also passionate about empowering women to express themselves through the workshops and gatherings she hosts in Black Mountain, North Carolina.

Yvonne joins me today to share how we take accountability and responsibility in our relationship and discuss how you can repair your relationships faster through self-soothing. We share a recent story about how we resolved a conflict regarding sexual intimacy and the power of accountability and apology when done correctly. We also discuss the different ways to shift your negativity and feelings of irritation into feelings of appreciation for your partner.

“We have to take responsibility here and play our part.” - Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky
