Exploring and discussing a variety of relationship topics and issues for people in all kinds of relationships; including partnerships, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, roommates and more.

Feb 22, 2022

We all have held on to conflicts, resentments, arguments, grudges, and anger. The decision of whether to bring up and try to resolve a conflict is a tricky one. When is the right time? How should you do it? What if your partner is not open to talk about it? Is it healthy to just let it go and move on? And if you decide to let go of a conflict, what do you do instead?

In this episode I have a conversation with my wife, Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky. She is the founder of Artsy Goddess Studio, where she actively carries out her role in helping others and the planet heal. Rainbow is passionate about art, as seen in the upcycled clothing she creates from second-hand materials, as well as the visual arts she creates, such as murals, paintings, and tapestries. Yvonne also helps women transform through voice empowering workshops and helps couples through workshops and retreats that she co-facilitates with me.

“Pretending to let it go is just another form of avoidance”
