Exploring and discussing a variety of relationship topics and issues for people in all kinds of relationships; including partnerships, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, roommates and more.

Mar 5, 2019

Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky is the owner of Artsy Goddess Studio, an upcycled clothing design business based in Black Mountain, NC. She is the facilitator of playful voice empowering workshops at the Light Center Dome in Black Mountain as well as the host of in-home monthly gatherings called the Red Tent Women’s Circle, where she empowers and encourages women to express themselves and deeply connect with their unique authenticity. Additionally, Rainbow also co-facilitates couples workshops with me, where she is passionate about helping and supporting couples and partners to build deep connections and meaningful relationships.

Rainbow joins me again on today’s episode to discuss why it is critical to go deeper into encouraging your partner’s authenticity. We discuss what she does to get to the bottom and depth of her authenticity as well as how she lets go of getting attached to outcomes when she expresses her unique authenticity. We also discuss the key to having an authentic relationship as well as the actions you can take to have an authentic relationship with your child.

“I think most people are longing for that; to just be accepted as we are - with all our quirkiness and little uniquenesses.” - Yvonne Rainbow Teplitsky
